I love this thing so much that I want it to have my babies. 

The Dyna-Flex made by Dyna-Flex International, is a small gyro used to strengthen your arms, hands, wrists, or fingers.  You simply spin the wheel inside the plastic casing and use various muscles of your arm to propel the internal gyro.  The force generated through angular momentum is held steady by the muscles of your arm, forearm, wrist, or fingers depending on how you hold and maneuver the device.

If you’re worried that the Dyna-Flex is a gimmick, don’t be; because it’s not.  You’ll be hard pressed to find a better exercise for your arms.  If you rock climb, this is a must have.  The Dyna-Flex is also beneficial for rehabilitation of the fingers, wrists, forearms, arms, and shoulder muscles.  Take a look at the videos for starting instructions, tips, and assorted exercises.

What time is it?

We all know that, but what else can your watch do?

Good luck finding a more ridged bad-ass tent for this amount of money.  The Eureka K2 XT’s 8′11″ x 7′8″ floor space and open angle dome design creates the roomiest tenting experience I’ve ever seen for a three person model, so if you need a cramped footprint for ledge squatting, you’ll have to deal with something much less comfy.  This expedition-grade shelter features a wind and snow-shedding 4-pole geodesic design that’s large, light, strong and efficient for mountaineering and winter camping.  But don’t be fooled, the zippered high/low tent vents and scoop vents in the fly (accessible through zippers in the roof) make The K-2 XT a comfortable choice for summer and spring as well. 
If you’ve ever put together a tent, you’ll have no problem with the K-2.  The posts and grommet corner attachments, clips, and continuous mesh rod sleeves simplify the process while the optional guyouts provide added stability in Armageddon like winds.

I never thought I’d be suggesting a product made by Black and Decker, but for all the people that live in areas susceptible to severe storms, this isn’t such a bad piece of gear to have floating around. 
The Storm Tracker is a battery-operated UHF/VHF black and white television, lantern, and AM/FM/NOAA weather radio. The radio and flashlight run via batteries that recharge from manually generating power with a hand crank;  the television uses nine C batteries.  With automatic storm alert warning alarm and the seven-channel NOAA weather frequencies, you’ll get all the advisories and emergency information even when you’re powers out.
