If you’re worried that the Dyna-Flex is a gimmick, don’t be. It’s not. You’ll be hard pressed to find a better exercise for your arms. If you rock climb, this is a must have. The Dyna-Flex is also beneficial for rehabilitation. Take a look at the video for starting instructions, tips, and assorted exercises.
Various models of the Dyna-Flex are available.
The Powerball Gyro Blue (shown to the right) generates 40lbs of torque with speeds up to 18,000 RPM, while the Powerball Gyro Amber (shown above) generates 35lbs of torque with speeds up to 13,000 RPMs; although I’ve maxed out at 12,171 RPMs.
There’s also a couple of Dyna-flex Pro Models that generate lesser amounts of force. When you get the Dyna-flex, you might also want the convenient docking station that starts the gyro spinning with the push of a button. I would also recommend the speed meter which measures the speed, rpm, highest rpm, and revolutions of the gyro. Have a fun workout!

This sounds like a great investment but I would not suggest “it” having your babies!
Something like this (Dynaflex) having your babies could be a real problem. Your children would not be beautiful with huge blue eyes…It could possibly disfunction… you would have to recharge it…possibly fix it’s breakdowns, or recyle it for a newer model.
Oh my…… I hope you are not thinking what you might be thinking!!!
I just got mine in today, it’s great and fun.
Thanks!
Does this really work? My boyfriend is a rock climber and I think he might like something like this?
Sarah, it does work I just got one and I love it. If you boyfriend likes climbing he’ll love the Dyna-Flex.

I had one of these and I loved it, but I lost it in college. I forgot about it until I saw this post. The speed meter is cool, mine never had that, I’m definitely going to pick up another one.
I have been using the Dyna-Flex Pro for a couple of months now it has increased my grip strenght and endurance I can ride my bike for hours without having to rest my hands or arms and at a 140 mph plus you have to hold on pretty tight.
amazing! i bought one today and ive been messing with it for the past few hours. the video dvd it came with didn’t really help much in terms of getting it started. after getting the initial start up spin, rotate your wrist SLOWLY!!! seriously, SLOWLY!!!
when its up at max speed its going to take all your strength just to hold on to the thing. im left handed and im having a little trouble when using my right but im getting there.
Can’t seem to get the thing to work. Tried to access your video. There doesn’t seem to be a video. Save your money. Hold a baseball in your hand and rotate your hand at the wrist.
