I don’t think I’ve ever used my ipod headphones without having to de-tangle them first; until I met my new friend Tetran. Tetran is a small spiky ball like character that conveniently stores earbud style headphones to prevent tangles; he also makes a nice stress reliever.
Tetrans tend to get all wrapped up in your music, but they’re good friends and good listeners. The rubbery spikes prevent them from running away with your headphones, while the mouth provides a safe haven for your earbuds. They come in Pink, Green, Yellow, Orange, and Luminous Green (glows in the dark). There’s even a ball bearing style chain so they can hang out while you do your thing.

One ring to rule them all! (all of your Apple devices that is)
This is the coolest concept I’ve seen in while. If the only plan was to have the apple symbol light up I would still buy it. Now before you Mac-o-holics start scouring the web for a place to buy this gem, I should make it very clear that the iRing is not an actual item (hence the “Visionary” category of this post), but rather a 3D design image created by Victor Soto.
If an engineering team does jump on board with the iRing, the plan is to include a Bluetooth touch sensitive “function strip” for iPod (or iPhone) volume and playback control. Personally, I think an actual dial along the center of the ring might be more practical than touch-screen technology on a piece of jewelry for your hand, it seems less likely to inadvertently change songs or blow out your eardrums; of course, if anyone can get it done, it’s Steve “Superman” Jobs.

Have you ever had a five way with a Rockstar?
I’m fairly confident that I’ll never need to aurally hook up five people at once via headphone, but I’m equally confident that the iPod generation is already salivating over the prospect of getting Belkin Rockstars in their stockings this Christmas.
Of course, you don’t need to use all five ports of the Belkin Rockstar. This headphone hub comes in handy when you’re traveling with one or two other people that all want to hook into the same travel DVD player, iPod, or other audio device. What’s more, is that all the ports can be toggled between input or output functionality, so you can plug in multiple music players at the same time, which might be handy if you use the hub as a multi switch for a stereo or speaker set-up.

The iPod Hoodie is perfect for sketchy mo-foe’s loitering around the playground, or anyone else that wants to draw attention to the fact that they’re trying to keep a low profile. I would also recommend this case to anyone that doesn’t want to look like a complete tool bag with their iPod strapped to their upper bicep.
If you don’t have yourself an iPod yet, you really need to get with the program; that old music player just doesn’t cut it in 2008, and neither do those short-shorts; I don’t care if they’re more comfortable to run in.
*Please note: we do condone and even encourage the use of short shorts by certain woman.
