Another awesome gadget for Mac lovers. Ecamm Network has announced the worlds first Bluetooth webcam, and it’s only for Mac. The BT-1 can deliver streaming H.264 video at 640×480 pixel resolution with 48kHz AAC stereo audio, to make Mac’s iSight a little better than 20/20.
An included flexible mini-tripod allows users to angel the camera in a variety of "positions".
But wait, with no wires how does it receive power? -and there’s the catch. The unit comes with a USB charging cable while the internal battery is said to offer about four hours of usage. Since you have a webcam built into your Macbook, you probably won’t need this wireless wonder for travel, but it can be useful when you want to chat via Skype or iChat while you lay on the couch, cook dinner, or roll around in bed.
