RC Cyborg Shark- talk about a pool shark!

Even kids that dislike scary sharks will like this one. The RC Cyborg Shark from Swim Ways is a remote controlled animatronic shark that swims with life-like movements via a fully controllable rear propeller, articulating tail, and vacillating pectoral fins. With the caudal fin propeller the shark can swim forwards or backwards while the swaying movement of the tail and the angle of the pectoral fins dictate direction and depth respectively. The remote control unit is fully waterproof, so no worries about brining it in the water with you. I’m a certified adult and I had fun with this thing; we went out drinking and the shark didn’t pay for a single round which got costly because he can drink like a fish. Although, I am down 2 G’s to him in billiards so I guess it’s more than even.

The shark is naturally buoyant, so if he swims too deep or the batteries run low, the shark will float to the surface. The unit comes with both a rechargeable battery pack and a special case for the use of 4 "AA" batteries. For maximum power I suggest using the rechargeable battery pack instead of the Double A’s. The remote control unit holds a 9V battery.

Shocking Ball- it’s so much fun it hurts!

Once again, Jumpin Banana brings us the best of Paladone products with a new twist on the Hot Potato game we used to love as children. With random shocks of electricity this ball reminds me of the collar I bought for my girlfriend.

You might think this is dangerous toy because it looks like a super grenade designed to stop the terminator, but I assure you, it will not stop the terminator; I tried and now Sarah Conner is dead.

Looking for a new drinking game? When powered on with it’s special key, the shocking ball emits random bursts of electricity while it lights up. This stimulating sphere is great for all ages and makes a perfect bath time toy for those little brats you babysit.

Flashflight- ultimate Frisbee in the dark

The Flashflight by Nite Ize takes the glow in the dark Frisbee to a new level. With an on/off knob you’ll never have to stop the fun to hold the disc over a light bulb for 10 minutes just to capture another 5 seconds of glow time. The flying disc utilizes an ultra-bright LED fiber-optic array illuminating the entire disc.
Sometimes pictures can be deceiving, but I was impressed to see that the disc illuminated as well (if not better) than the pictures portrayed. I knew from merely holding the disc that the heavy duty material and innovative design would provide optimal balance and stability during flight; and as usual I was correct.

The CX2 comes ready-to-fly, I just took it out of the box, put in the battery’s and began having fun. RC Dragonfly- the one bug you want in the house

Molded after the earths fastest insect, the Flytech™ Dragonfly by WowWee is the worlds first radio-controlled flying insect based on ornithopter flight. Wait, don’t insects have 3 pairs of legs? Oh, well. A real dragonfly can’t walk so why should this one.

With its unique flying action, dual-wing design, powerful tail-rotor, and 2 channel digital proportional remote control, this dragonfly flutters, soars, dive-bombs and glides while flapping its wings like a real insect. It took me about 20 tries to adequately handle the toggle controls that an 8 year old could probably master in about 15 seconds. Once I got the hang of the remote, it was quite a bit of fun seeing this unique creature flapping around the house.

I advise starting out in beginner mode with the tail ribbon until you get used to the controls. After some practice maybe move it up to the faster more tightly maneuverable function of expert. It’s also best to stay indoors as the wind can be a big factor with this extremely lightweight aeronautical marvel; that and Hawks have a habit of snatching these guys up.

Launch FlyTech Dragonfly from your hand like a paper airplane. The dragonfly can also takeoff from any smooth flat surface. Control the speed, direction and height of the dragonfly by pushing the power and direction toggle sticks on the remote. To adjust the line of flight, simply use the trim dial on the controller which directly determines the rotor speed and direction. The FlyTech Dragonfly is equipped with LED eyes that will alert you to his power status. The smart remote which falls into sleep mode if left idle for more than one minute also comes with a magnetic perch for resting the dragonfly while you hook him up for a charge. Charging time typically runs about 20 minutes; providing up to half that duration of continuous flying time.

FlyTech Dragonfly has a wing span of approximately 16 inches and reaches speeds of up to 18 mph. Controlled by remote with a recommended range of up to 50 feet. RC Tarantula & Snake
